What is Paintless Dent Repair?
Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a technique for removing minor dents, dings, and creases. It's done with specialized
tools used from behind the panel, and often from the front as well.
What are the benefits of Paintless Dent Repair?
Time and cost savings are the primary benefits. A typical dent larger than a quarter from a body shop is usually $350-$500 to fix. With PDR, dents can be fixed for $125-$200. Most dents are fixed in less than an hour, body shops require 3 to 5 days.
Second, the quality of the repair is superior to body shop work. Because the panel is not sanded, filled with bondo,
primed, or painted, there are no issues associated with traditional refinishing such as bondo and primer shrinking, paint mismatches, and peeling paint.
Will my paint be damaged?
No. Modern paint is flexible and durable enough for our work. Our methods will not damage your paint.
Will my dents be 100% gone?
Most minor dents come out completely. Deep, sharp dents usually come out 80-90%. Before we begin work, we'll clearly explain what % improvement to expect.
Will my dents return?
No. PDR is permanent. Traditional methods of dent repair (sand, fill, repaint), however, often develop issues as filler and primer shrinking that occur months after the work is completed.
Can any dent be fixed?
Not all dents can be fixed. We must consider depth and location. Dents that are impossible to access from behind or dents that are so deep that the paint has cracked cannot be repaired with PDR. Examples of dents causing access problems are quarter panel opening lips, the forward areas of braced hoods, or the very outer edges of some panels. Most dents are the size of a golf ball under....95% of these can be removed completely. Call for your specific application.
Do you do fix scratches or paint damage associated with dents?
We do not, but can refer you to quality technicians and body shops that do.
Should I have PDR done on a lease return?
YES. We can save you money. If your lease contract indicates that you will be penalized for dents of a specified size, we can remove them for far less than the penalties you'll receive.
Do you offer discounts for multiple cars or with more than one dent?
Yes. We offer discounts for multiple cars at the same location. For cars with multiple dents, we can offer a package cost to remove all damage.

Yes. Dealers and wholesalers use PDR on almost every car they sell for a reason... it adds net value to the cars they sell. Image is an extremely important factor to buyers, and a clean car with no dents sells faster and for more money than average to below average looking cars.
Do you repair hail damage?
Yes. We also accept insurance when the damage exceeds your deductible.
Can you accept insurance payments?
Yes. When your damage exceeds your deductible, we can accept payment from your insurance company.
